Just your average Joe. Not to be confused with a kangaroo.
Rocko Rama is a playable character in Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2, originating from Rocko’s Modern Life. He was announced on July 27th, 2023.
Moveset[]
Playstyle[]
Rocko is a zoner with small range on his normals, but he can take control of the stage with his projectiles. His flaws are his mediocre recovery, lack of killpower, and, as said before, low range.
Light Attacks[]
- O-Punch (Neutral Grounded): Punches forward. DAMAGE: 4
- Wallaby Kick (Side Grounded): Rocko balances on his tail and kicks forward. DAMAGE: 8
- Losing It (Up Grounded): Rocko's brain springs out of his head. A good anti-air tool. DAMAGE: 7
- Clean Lovin' (Down Grounded): Rocko mops the floor, with Spunky attached. You can repeatedly press the button to keep the attack going. DAMAGE: 8
- Abdominal Snowmonkey Defense 101 (Neutral Aerial): Swings a rolling pin in a circle. Covers all around him and is overall his best spacing tool. DAMAGE: 7
- Tail Slap (Forward Aerial): Slaps his tail forward. Low range but a good combo tool. DAMAGE: 7
- Karate Lesson (Back Aerial): Rocko does a karate kick. DAMAGE: 13
- The Insensitive Selfish (Up Aerial): Punches multiple times upward while wearing boxing gloves. Now a juggle tool instead of a kill option. DAMAGE: 9
- Bat Bonk (Down Aerial): Swings a rolling pin downward. Slow to come out, but a good spike. DAMAGE: 7
Strong Attacks[]
- SHUT UP! (Side Grounded): Screams at the opponent. This move also has a slight windbox. DAMAGE: 14 (Sweet), 10 (Sour)
- Family's Pogo Stick (Up Grounded): Rocko jumps upward on his prized family pogo stick. The upward arc has more power, while the downward arc is weaker but easier to hit overall. Using it offstage will result in a self-destruct without slime cancelling. DAMAGE: 14 (Up), 9 (Down)
- Maintenance Hammer (Down Grounded): Rocko slams downward with a hammer. A pretty basic and powerful attack, but also slow. DAMAGE: 15
- The Scream from the Opening (Side Aerial): Rocko freaks out, his eyes springing out of his head. This move also has a slight windbox. Very similar to his grounded version, but with slightly more range. DAMAGE: 15 (Sweet), 10 (sour)
- Sad Crying Clown In An Iron Lung (Up Aerial): Rocko pulls out a rare painting of a Sad Crying Clown in an Iron Lung and swings it upward. DAMAGE: 14
- Gutter Ball (Down Aerial): Rocko pulls out a plunger with a bowling ball attached and drops the bowling ball downward. The bowling ball acts as a falling projectile and a ledge option. DAMAGE: 7
Special Attacks[]
- Spunky (Neutral): Rocko sends out his faithful dog Spunky to attack any opponent in his way. If Rocko hits Spunky or presses the neutral special button again, Spunky will turn around. You or your opponents can also pick up and throw Spunky for additional power but smaller distance. If an opponent hits Spunky, he will be stunned for a short bit before disappearing. DAMAGE: 10 (Base), 12 (Thrown)
- Slime Version: Spunky goes faster and bounces along the stage.
- Suck-O-Matic (Side): Rocko hops on the Suck-O-Matic; which goes forward and sucks up and opponents and launches them away. This can be used as a recovery tool as well, and can be jump cancelled. The grab launches forward for average knockback. It is a hit grab. DAMAGE: 10
- Slime Version: The Suck-o-Matic stays in place, but the radius is much larger, as well as being a command grab, ignoring shields. DAMAGE: 6 (Hit), 16 (Throw)
- Conglom-O Rocket (Up): Rocko pulls out a firework rocket, sending him flying high, before he falls to the ground. The rise is slow while the fall is very fast. A risky move to use as the fall will inevitably result in a self-destruct without slime cancelling, but is still a decent recovery due to it's height.
- Slime Version: The rocket sends Rocko a little higher.
- Jackhammer (Down): Rocko pulls out his trusty jackhammer, which moves around very randomly. If the opponent makes contact with the jackhammer, they will get hit multiple times. Spunky can be placed on top of the jackhammer, allowing it to go faster as well as gained power. DAMAGE: 5 (per hit)
- Slime Version: The Jackhammer moves forwards instead of moving randomly. Spunky will still make the movement random.
Throws[]
- Grab: Rocko spins the opponent on his finger as if they were a basketball.
- Pummel: Rocko dribbles the opponent. DAMAGE: 1
- Forward Throw: Rocko chucks the opponent forward. DAMAGE: 10
- Back Throw: Rocko chucks the opponent backwards. DAMAGE: 10
- Up Throw: Rocko throws the opponent-ball upwards as if he's shooting for a hoop.
- Down Throw: Rocko dunks the opponent towards the floor.
Other[]
- Wallaby On Wheels (Dash Attack):Rocko skates forward, slipping and falling over. DAMAGE: 9
- Super Attack: Rocko channels his inner Mr. Smitty and yells at the opponent(s), sending them outside of Kind of a Lot-o-Comics, where they are hit by various objects (a truck, a bullet train, a large boat, and then a meteor) and ending with a giant hand flicking the opponent.
