Gerald is a playable character in Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2, originating from Hey Arnold!. He was revealed by gsmVoiD on September 29th, 2023.

Moveset[]

Playstyle[]

Gerald is a mid-ranged-zoner and trapper style character who excels in using a wide array of projectiles and unique movement tools to keep opponents on their toes. However, his movement speed and recovery isn't the best.

Gimmick[]

Gerald's Down Special pulls up a menu, which allows him to select between four different attacks, giving Gerald a total of 7 special moves (not counting slime versions).

Light Attacks[]

The King Rules(Neutral Grounded): Slashes the opponents multiple times with cards. DAMAGE: 4 (Hits 1-2), 2 (Hit 3), 6 (Hit 4)
Kicking the Can Down The Road(Side Grounded): Kicks forward. DAMAGE: 7
Business Punch(Up Grounded): Does an uppercut. DAMAGE: 8
Sliding into Neutral(Down Grounded): Slides on the ground, which provides horizontal coverage. DAMAGE: 9 (Sweet), 7 (Sour)
Dancin' Round the Arcade(Neutral Aerial): Strikes a pose in the air. DAMAGE: 10 (Clean),
A Two-Strike Approach(Forward Aerial): Swings a baseball bat forward twice. DAMAGE: 4 (Hit 1), 6 (Hit 2)
Gerald Snaps(Back Aerial): Throws a football backward, acting as a projectile.
Up-Airball(Up Aerial): Spins a basketball on his finger. Hits multiple times.
Air Dribble(Down Aerial): Does a low sweep with a basketball. DAMAGE: 7

Cool Moves For Happenin' Dudes(Up Grounded): Holds a boombox on his shoulder, attacking with music. DAMAGE: 12
Breakdancing(Down Grounded): Does a breakdance. Hits multiple times. DAMAGE: 2 (Hits 1-3),
Save Mighty Pete(Side Aerial): Swings a large sign forward. Good range. DAMAGE: 14 (Sweet), 10 (Sour)
Shuffle the Cheese(Up Aerial): Spins an array of cards upward. Hits multiple times.
Double Kick(Down Aerial): Stomps downward, afterward doing a downward swinging kick. DAMAGE: 3 (Kick 1), 6 (Kick 2)

Special Attacks[]

The Perfect Pitch (Neutral): Gerald winds up and throws a baseball. The longer it’s charged, the faster and more powerful it becomes.
- Slime Version: Instantly throws at full charge.
Gerald On The Skate (Side): Gerald rides on a skateboard for great horizontal speed. Can be jump-canceled. You can use one of four different attacks during this state by pressing special again while holding a direction; up sends opponents upwards, horizontal deals a ton of knockback, neutral pops Gerald up in the air with the opponent and down has him do a spin-out move that hits multiple times. DAMAGE: 12 (Horizontal & Up), 15 (Down)
- Slime Version: A quick, short-ranged dash that immediately leads into the spin-out attack.
All-Star Dunk (Up): Gerald dribbles a basketball multiple times while rising upwards before slamming it into the opponent. DAMAGE: 1 (Hits 1-7), 3 (Hit 8), 8 (Hit 9)
- Slime Version: Goes higher.
Wheel Power (Down): By holding the button, you can swap between four different projectile options, and can then use the projectile by tapping it.
- - Basketball: Throw a basketball upward. DAMAGE: 10
  - Frisbee: Goes forward a short distance before flying backwards. DAMAGE: 6
  - Ping Pong Paddle: A short range swing that reflects projectiles. DAMAGE: 10
  - Wacko Watch: A fast, long-range and powerful projectile that’s thrown straight forward. However, you only have five of them per stock. DAMAGE: 20
- Slime Version: Throws a boombox at a lower upwards arc that deals major knockback. DAMAGE: 20

Up Throw: Plays the piano poorly, which launches opponents away. DAMAGE: 8

Gerald Scores(Dash Attack): Catches a football before falling on the ground. This move hits twice.
Super Attack: Gerald tells the story of the Ghost Bride, who appears and attacks the opponent. DAMAGE: 4O

When granted to defeat Clockwork, Plankton, Garfield, Korra, Donatello, April, Gerald, Nigel, Jenny, Ren & Stimpy, Zuko, and Rocksteady are the only fighters to use the same quote when battling player in mind-control.
