City Aquarium is a stage in Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2, originating from Hey Arnold!. The stage was announced in Grandma Gertie's reveal trailer for the game back in September of 2023.
Description[]
City Aquarium is a Medium-sized stage with 4 platforms (The giant shark, Lockjaw's little island + The littered Palm Tree, and the giant rock). The map is also supposed to be shared between both Gerald and Grandma Gertie in the game as well. Unlike other maps like the Angry Beaver's Dam or the Chum Bucket, the water in the map doesn't sink players; it instead phases them downward. It makes a good way to spike your opponents though.
Origins[]
The City Aquarium stage comes from the season 1 episode, "Field Trip", where Arnold goes on a class trip to the aquarium and meets the turtle, Lockjaw, who's having a tough time as he gets bullied by the other kids. So, Arnold and his Grandma Gertie (who also makes her first appearance) come up with a plan to sneak into the aquarium and rescue Lockjaw from his exhibit.
